Crosley is an iconic American brand that sells their appliances through a group of independently owned distributors and retailers. Each of their branded appliances includes a limited warranty that needs to be registered. Crosley hired RaiseTech to build a system where new appliance owners could go online and register their warranties. They also wanted customers to have the option of purchasing additional or extended warranties directly through their website.

We created a solution that allowed customers from the US and Canada to register and purchase warranties online. We also built Crosley an internal system that would allow their team to easily manage product and warranty registrations.

We've worked with RaiseTech team for over 10 years. They have designed, developed and implemented two warranty registration systems for us that included customer data input and validation.
